Two EXOS switches with VLANs and SVIs already configured, but sw1's port 1 is disabled. Localise with show ports, fix with enable ports 1, and verify with ping.

Scenario
Reproduce → localise → fix → verify, the EXOS rhythm. The fault: sw1 port 1 is disabled (admin-down). The link shows down at L1; ping across the VLAN can't work. Fix is one flat command.
